DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid $209 for this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked upstairs, I was hit with a strong, overwhelming smell of cigarettes. When I went to close the door, I noticed splatters of what looked like blood on it. The floor was filthy with dirt everywhere. When I checked the bed, I stripped back the blanket and found hair under the pillow and dirty sheets. The curtain was hanging off, there were dead bugs on the wall, and the fire alarm was completely missing. To make matters worse, the adjoining room’s door was taped shut, which made me feel extremely unsafe. The entire room was unsanitary, unsafe, and not at all what I expected after paying over $200. I didn’t even stay—within 10 minutes of checking in, I left and booked another hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone. False advertising and of-course no refund!

Well designed rooms, with ample charging ports, mirrors and space. Comfy beds, nice big couch, loved the sink OUTSIDE the bathroom. Extra kitchen area is a bonus too. I would have been comfortable there all week. Well supplied gym with lots of weights. Fast check in process.

I'm not sure the parking lot lights turned on. Wish breakfast had more fruit. However I was grateful for the boiled eggs. We came in for breakfast just after a huge soccer team, so maybe it was pickings for us.

Champions gate community was very clean and organizing. No complaints about the community . I called and made several complaints about the property that I was written out.

The property was terrible. We had a 12 hours drive get a house where we had to dust and clean in order to feel comfortable . The wi-Fi is not working call the community. Someone came out and couldn’t fix it so we had to wait till the next day for technician to come out.. the patio door was unlocked. We had to find a way to keep the lock. The sheets of the bed was not changed. It has things on the bed with animal fur in the inside of the sheets. The towels were stained up the furniture and the dining room chair had multiple stained on them . There was a big i issue with ants . The floor was dusty . There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed I took a picture and sent it to the community owners . I believe that the housekeeping didn’t do anything to the house and it came to cleaning up . It was very uncomfortable to get there after driving. 12 to 13 hours I need to clean up just to get comfortable.
