  The staff was warm and welcoming, the electronic day/night blinds were amazing, the interior of the lobby was creative and fun. Breakfast was delicious, as well as afternoon coctails at the bar, also great music! The view through our window was breathtaking!

  The room was too small(my husband and I barely were able to squeeze by as we moved around), the hot water in the shower was hard to navigate, really poor quality shampoo/conditioner/shower gel.

  The beds were okay but there was hair all over them. Not mine.

  Staff was very unaccommodating. We needed early check in for a wedding. They said we needed to book the night before to gaurentee we could have the time we needed. We booked both nights. They didn't have the same room available. They made us change rooms and wanted to charge us for an early check in. We asked multiple people if we could just stay in our room. They could not accommodate that for us then wanted to charge us more money for every little thing. It was awful and no one could understand why we were upset. The rooms were not clean at all. The hotel is under construction. Never again would I stay here!!

  Our first night the front office called our room and asked my husband who all was staying in the room. He told them him, myself, and our 4 year old daughter. He asked if there was a problem if he needed to come to the office and they said no, and then as I was starting to get things together to leave and bringing our purchases in from the car to pack a woman outside asked me “is everything ok, you’re in room 2003 right” and I told her yeah I was fine but no that was not my room number. She said oh ok well if you need anything let them know. These two instances were a little strange to me
