The location of the hotel was really amazing, many tourists came and took photos of the cable train, it was located at the registration point, this hotel is attractive. What did the hotel bring nob hill, the fact that it was right in the center of the region also brought a big advantage.

Although there are three elevators at the main entrance of the hotel, only one of them was working, so the elevators in the other corner of the hotel were being directed, people said in our conversation that the elevators had been broken for a long time and when they repaired them, they broke down again, the elevators were very neglected, that was the only bad point in the hotel.

The bed was soft and comfy, the room was spacious, and overall it was quiet and private. I really appreciated the cleanliness throughout, on all the floors. I also liked the nice laundry room and working ice machines made for convenience.

The only things that were not super great was the television/guide, and the cost of the laundry. It seemed to glitch regularly, which made it hard to watch anything of substance. Trying to navigate the guide and channels almost seemed like too much trouble than what it was worth at times. The laundry was pretty expensive in my opinion ($4/load each for washer and dryer).

Close to the beach, very friendly staff. Owners are great and so helpful, and will do anything to make a stay easier. Always stay here at this location. Rooms were recently renovated and very nice and clean.

Very welcoming staff ready to help us with any problems. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony with 4 chairs and a table that overlooked the pool.

The elevator was like a sauna. There is no airflow in it. Also, our room was not cooled down. The toilet was too close to the door. It was hard to sit down and get up. It should have been a higher toilet.
