When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

  Front Staff Person when we checked in was not friendly, acted like I was Putting her out. One minute from checking in goes “you using the restaurant?” I don’t know I just arrived. Then goes well I can give you free drink tickets. Just give me the tickets. Tells me there is no room service? I go for $340 a night?? We can’t get beds made and fresh towels? Then looks at me like I asked for a new car?? She finally agrees to call and order it. Blonde guy at front desk very nice and friendly. The woman with long dark hair should not be in customer service.

  The "grab and go" breakfast consisted of an enormous packaged muffin, a NutriGrain bar, apple juice, and a large yellow apple. I should have asked what was in the bag before taking it as none of it was what I would choose for breakfast.
