Everything was great, comfy mattress, clean facilities, small but comfortable room. Love that the room has a small kitchenette on the corner and tons of mirrors. The bathroom also has a big window you can open so you can let the breeze in and you can park right in front of your room. Will stay again if we are ever in the area.

It appears they've remodeled (hardwood floors, nice sink and mirror), but they're not there yet. There was a seal on the toilet that implied it had been cleaned "for my protection" and not used since cleaned. Firm bed if that's your preference.

Generally, I'm unsure if the room was clean. Spots on the floor were clearly there; if you stepped on them, your socks stuck to the floor. When I pulled back the sheets, there were a) dime-size holes in both the fitted and top sheets, b) on one side someone had clearly lost their eye makeup while sleeping (mascara, etc., marks), and c) the other side had pen drawings where your head goes. It was too late to make an alternative plan when I noticed, so I hoped for the best and sleep there. When I alerted the front desk staff in the morning, in hopes of not being charged for it, his response was just to ask if the shower/water was fine now. I'll also note that a) I could hear the full argument happening in the neighboring room after 10pm and b) the toilet and sink weren't fully caulked (they teetered when using).

The panomaric windows were incredible. The kitchen was functional and didn’t have odors or messes left behind. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch.

The window ledges were dirty, the lamp had stains on it which was not a big issue. The shower and the bathroom sinks did not drain well and would be incredibly slow when the water is going down making it flood slightly which bothered us. I had to wipe the kitchen cupboards because it was dusty.

I did not like the housekeeping crew that knocked on our door for us to leave early. Explained that we were gathering up to load car because we still had 20 minutes til check out they still sat right outside knocking on door every 4 min until I almost got in a verbal altercation with the nasty guy with clip board.

Raul checked us in, he had an attitude almost immediately because, I couldn’t fully understand him based on his accent right off the bat( we also interrupted his eating I assumed). We paid for the room fully online, so I just had questions on what we were paying for when we reached the hotel, the deposit (UNDERSTANDABLE). He was rushing us, and didn’t take the time to actually check his rooms properly, and he gave us the key to someone else room! Im a women, anything could have happened if I had walked into that room & with no remorse, all RAUL had to say was “oh, my fault”. When I addressed that I would like to speak to a manager , he stated “they left & they would be back in the morning”, and tried to offer me a water bottle goodie bag for “noticing” I was a Hilton member, as if that was going to make up for what he had just did . Then finally when we got to the room, immediately the room smelt like menthols so strong it was hard not to breathe it in (they actually shouldn’t even have had the room available!) it was late so I waited till the morning to address my issue with the manager , she was more than happy to immediately move us to another room right away & apologized on Raul behalf, however in my opinion i should of received some type of credit for the entire inconvenience.
