I had a terrible stay at a different motel, and left early and booked here. So glad I did! Check in was quick and easy. I paid for a queen size bed, and they upgraded me to a king size bed. Cool room, great location in downtown. The lighting was cool Edison bulbs. The room had matching teal colored mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom had plenty of towels. A very nice shower head. The shower and bathroom both have built in dispensers for shampoo, body wash, soap. Location wise, its in a cool area that feels safe to walk. Its right across the street from a cool pizza by the slice and pinball bar. I went there that night for a couple slices and some pinball, and had a great night.

Everything was excellent. The USB outlet wasn't working, however I have my own charger so that's not a big deal.

I wasn’t overwhelmed and thinking it was a 4 star hotel. Felt small and really zero amenities in the lobby. Even water was hard to come by. The pool area and gym facilities were nice but this didn’t have the feeling of an opulent property.

Well the jackhammer that started at 9 am and as I was told, continues until 5 pm weekdays. It was so loud in the gym I thought it was above my head. By the pool, not relaxing at all. The front desk staff said it was “nearby” and had already gone on a month. Oh, and the street closed outside of the hotel and all the construction. Wish I’d known I would not have stayed here. I know that isn’t the hotels fault but I also feel like telling the truth or offering a nearby property would be a nice gesture. They won’t let me upload a video of the jackhammer noise that permeated the hotel or you could hear for yourself.

I requested an accessible room. Cannot fit wheelchair or walker in bathroom. No bars by toilet or shower. Sink is too high. No coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, ice bucket. No freezer in mini fridge. This room is extremely noisy. When I complained, they blamed the pipes. Check-in experience was difficult and the clerk was rude.
