The staff was helpful and efficient and the room/bed were comfortable. As a hostel, it can often be a good experience sharing the common areas with other guests even if the accommodations aren't 5-star. In this location, many of them may be Sierra backpackers or other outdoors types of people. That can be good for hearing a story or two of their adventures.

The rooftop bar is very nice. Nice hotel, great location beautiful old building. Recommend for a couples and small groups of friend. The hotel is very clean and kept up nicely. Room was comfortable. AC worked well

After 1 hour working on TV, we got 1 channel. Shower small like in a 5th wheel trailer. From the time of booking to the day, it was overpriced by $150. The door is locked at 1 p.m., and I could not speak with anyone. The place was empty.

Arrived late like 10pm and the place was completely locked down! Have to call 800 operator to get someone to open up and check us in! People just hanging out in the parking lot! Very unsafe feeling! The picture of a suite on booking.com Is completely false! There is no sofa and no coffee maker, Just a full size refrigerator and a two burner stove and sink and cabinets that are falling apart! I think people are living here full time! And checking I. Is very weird, The lady started by telling me all the payment options they don’t accept and there are signs taped up all over desk. I would avoid this place at all costs
