We travel through the area often and this is our 3rd time staying here this summer. The hotel is right off the highway and the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is always super nice and accommodating when we've arrived earlier than their checkin times to get us a room without waiting. If you're a light sleeper I'd recommend asking for a room facing the parking lot as the other rooms face the highway. The cookies at the front desk are always a nice treat too!

Great location,close to town,very clean,housekeeping was very professional,very comfy,nice big TV,beds were very comfy,the pillows were very soft,kitchen and bathroom were very equipped with everything you would need. My wife and I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay and we would definately stay there again! Special shout out to the housekeepers,GREAT JOB!!

Unfortunately, after getting settled in we realized there was no running water on site. We were offered to shower at a different property and to "enjoy" the amenities of the original reserved home. The second home was not complete, but water was running. Owners were nice and did their best to accommodate under the circumstances of them being out of town on vacation themselves.

The air conditioner filter.was very much clogged with dust. The room was damaged and smelled bad. The temperature was warm and the air uncirculated until I turned the A/C on. We used around twenty Lysol wipes and some aerosol Lysol with a washcloth to clean the dirt and mold off of the surfaces. The toilet did not flush well and the bed was a bit smelly. We went to Walmart and bought sheets!...

They made a mistake and rebooked one of our rooms, that person rummaged through my friends bags of personal items and moved them all to a pile on the floor before telling staff someone else was in the room :( just awful!

Whenever I stayed I never paid for parking and this time they charged me and I didn't like it because whenever we rent a hotel we need to have somewhere to park our car, they charged me for that.

Booking.com had a glitch so they didn't know we were coming. Host severed ties with Booking.com. Hence, we never got an intro email for entry and didn't have a wifi password, etc.

When we arrived we had to stand there while there were 2 people at the counter helping one person. We waited 10 minutes before being helped. They charged my card for incidentals and I had already paid for the night. So I'm still waiting for that to be returned. The carpet on our floor looked like they hadn't cleaned it in a long time. It was black at the end of the hallway and in front of each door. In our room, there was food, or blood on the wall above the table and when I went to use the sink in the bathroom it had something slimy all over the hot water handle. Made me nervous to stay there and sleep. The staff was nice enough but there should be some better pride in the facilities and cleanliness. Just felt dirty and uncared for.
