Cheap price, I love how it's right off of the I-35 interstate. It's right next to a 7-11, McDonald's and the buccees isn't too far away either. Waco isn't far away neither is fort Worth/Dallas so if you're working in those areas and need a good "middle ground" place to stay, try this hotel. Had an issue where the room I received had a bunch of someone else's stuff in it and the staff switched rooms for me no problem at all. I've stayed here a few times now and

A plastic shower curtain would help keep the bathroom floors dry but other than that I have no complaints.

Location, high floor room and view. The patio lounge is nice, but I think a fire pit would add a nice touch. Higher thread counted pillow cases may be less scratchy with feather pillows, but otherwise, comfy :)

Booking.com played a bit of ping pong with property management to modify stays through app. Management said Booking members had to go through Booking but they said we had to wait to hear back from management - so it wasn’t a seamless process. It was better to go directly through hotel to make changes. I had to physically see someone in order to reserve same room. Additionally, the restaurant menu could have been better for the price and some of the light fixtures in room weren’t working - oh well!

Beds weren't comfortable .And the vending machine for ice was not working. It could be some other customers were took all the ice, so I tried to wait and go get the ice later for 4times on my rest of my visiting day, but I couldn't get any ice .

That there was secure parking, it wasn't hard to find and the girl that checked us in was super nice.

I didn't care for the room I was in, it didn't have any windows since it was an interior room which I didn't like. I also had requested when I booked for a crib and that wasn't in the room either. I also don't think we should have to pay for parking either if we are paying for a hotel room which is expensive enough. However for just one night it worked for us.
