    - “Great location! The proprietors Olav and Brigitte were fantastic hosts. We rode our bikes on a terribly rainy day, and they assisted us with our baggage and even cleaning the bikes off too. The room was excellent - first class linens, and great bathroom products. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic too - we enjoyed a nice sampling of yogurts, meats and cheeses. We even got to sample several of the cheeses that Brigitte sells in her store. Arcen is a quaint beautiful little town, and La Dominette is right in the center. Wonderful restaurants are within a 50 meter or less walk. This is an outstanding B & B - one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in!!”

      The offering of food and drink in evening was nice and the whole hotel was beautiful! The big bonus to us was the mattress. I liked it so much I got the manufactures name and have contacted them.

      Nothing. The walls were paper thin, the brown towels were disconcerting (how can you tell if they're really clean?!), and the lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional.

      We were charged a pet fee (totally acceptable) but then upon departure we were charged $80 for sheet damage with no photographic evidence. No communication, and zero response.

      It was right in the center of bourbon and I didn’t have to look for a parking spot. We literally parked and didn’t have to do any driving everything was walking distance.

      Very nice, clean and comfortable unit with great ocean views.

      After traveling a long ways to get to this unit we had to call for tp and ice. Unit should have had tp and people typically would like a cold beverage with ice. One way or another ice needs to be provided. Expecting people to wait a day for the ice maker to produce sufficient ice is really irritating. Beyond those two issues the unit was very nice and we enjoyed a nice stay.

      The room had a moldy smell to it when I went to take a shower. I had to wash out the tub because there was oil in it. The pillowcases on both beds were filthy. Like had black marks on them. and the $ 100.00 dollar deposit that you had to leave that they say you’re gonna get all of it back. I only got $75 back. They kept 25 and I cleaned up the room better than it was when I went in it. I don’t understand that and as I’m packing up my car trying to leave and you know put the stuff from the room back in my car they locked me out of the room 15 minutes prior to 11 o’clock, so I had to get a maid to let me in the room to get the rest of my things I just don’t get it. I would like my other $25 back please
