Outstanding 5 night experience in this downtown Atlanta hotel. Everything from our arrival until departure was perfect. The room was modern, clean and beautiful. The beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and super nice. The entire hotel was immaculate. The staff, from front desk, maids, doormen and especially the breakfast staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and seemed brand new. The subway from the airport literally arrives just outside the door. Using public transportation is easy if you stay here. The hotel is located a couple of minutes walk to Centennial Park and convenient to the tourist tram that runs in town. A la carte breakfast was included in our price and was delicious each morning. The staff remembered us and knew our order. They always offered a nice greeting. Highly recommend this hotel. You will not regret it.

We found large roaches in our room on the second night of our 5 night stay. The reception was helpful and got us a new room that same night. The new room was clean and on the same floor but the whole experience still made us uneasy!

The room smelled very musty as soon as we opened the door. We had been traveling for 9 days in 9 different hotels and this was the most expensive and the worst we stayed at. As a Wyndham Hotel I was very disappointed and would never stay at this hotel again.

The room had a very musty smell. It was noisy too. I was not happy with this hotel. Since our stay on 7/4/2025 we have stayed in 12 hotels and this by far was the worst and one of the most expensive hotels on our trip.
