The room was filthy. There were no towels. There was no toilet paper it was the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. I was there four days not one time did housekeeping. Come check on the room. Ask if I need towels take out my trash nothing I took out my own towels Took out my own trash. I had to buy candles because the room smelled so bad.

I’ve never wrote a bad review but this guy was the worst..Absolutely the worst…I made a reservation for this place for this weekend at the end of Aug through booking.com for 2 rooms. Went this afternoon to check in and the guy said it hasn’t been paid. I showed him my receipt and he got an attitude saying it’s not paid and there’s nothing he can do. I went outside for a few minutes and went back in to ask to speak to a manager. He said no and wouldn’t give us his name. I went back outside contacted booking.com (spent over an hour on the phone) and they even tried calling and said the guy gave them the same attitude. Booking.com said my card was charged by the hotel and they were trying to charge it again. So they just took my money and no room. We had to spend more money on another hotel and hopefully get e refund from booking ( the lady I spoke with from booking.com was very nice)

No pleasant greating, no smile. There claimed to be an error with the spelling of my name in the computer at the front desk. However, my booking confirmation # had the correct name, and the welcome email name was correct. Confirmation nimber and driver license given to front desk. No complementary water given to the room. I asked and was told by the front desk that complemenary water was given to VIP members only. WiFi not given at the time of check and was not in the room. Had to go back down stairs to get WiFi promo code. Black out shade needed. Sun comes up and shines directly into the room. Will not stay at this location again.
