I booked a Non-smoking room with a walk-in shower and a king bed. It was not available when I checked in. I got a Non-smoking room with a tub/shower and king bed and was told I could transfer to the room I booked the next day. The next day I got transferred to a Non-smoking room with a walk-in shower and 2 Queen beds. Still not what I booked? Why do we go through all of the steps to pick a room if they're not going to hold it for you? And, I did the online check in to give them all of my personal and vehicle information, but when I checked in the first thing they gave me was a form to fill out with all of the same information! Why do you ask me to take my time to do all of this online and then not use it? Oh, and the 2nd room had quite a few bug, dead and alive, to deal with!

A beautiful property right in Kerrville. The front desk staff was kind & welcoming when I arrived, & Sheila in the restaurant was courteous & prompt. My room was beautiful & clean, & I appreciated the property’s posted quiet hours from 10pm-10am.
