Both valet and check-in were simple and efficient but still very friendly. Complimentary champagne in the lobby between 5 and 7. I had neglected to check out the room pictures before my stay, so I was nicely surprised by the modern aesthetic in the well-appointed room. Lovely view of the mountains , which I did request. The restaurant, Hemingway's Cuba, was a great rooftop spot to dine during sunset. Once again, a lovely view. And a great guave mojito! This was my first stay at a Cambria property, and I will not hesitate to stay with them again.

Location is great. We paid extra for a room with a tub and fireplace but didn't use either. Access to the courtyard from Room 100 is a bit cumbersome. Next time we will ask for a room that opens onto the pool area (e.g.102) directly. Loved the fireplace and the attentiveness of the staff who managed the flame. My husband asked them to check for a jacket he thought he had left, and they couldn't have been nicer.

The property had a pleasant entrance with a very nice King Suite. The only thing that I had an issue with, was the fridge. It didn’t keep my things cold, I had to get a big bag of ice and put it inside to keep the temperature to a decent level. Other than that, the place was very clean, the breakfast bar had some different options for whatever food you choose to enjoy.

The fridge was more on the poor side of working, it seemed to not keep a good temperature inside and I had to place a bag of ice inside to keep my items at a good, cool temperature.
