The staff were great. We stayed for 3 days starting July 28, 2025 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Upon our arrival, we had robes, slippers and an umbrella to use. There was access to a private beach, restaurants, spa, gym, pool area, drinks etc. On the 3rd day we needed more towels. I just went to the front desk and told the receptionist and she had 4 more sets sent up within minutes. There was no room house cleaning because we didn’t stay long. Some of these reviews are ridiculous with house cleaning and will deter people away. If you need someone to clean up behind you(the adult) and you don’t have some type of disability, choose a longer stay or go somewhere else. We used parking up the street that was maybe 4 minutes away from the hotel because Valet there was not what we wanted to pay. We paid a total of $95 at Metropolis parking garage for 3 days and you can go in/out as you please.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Having dual vanities with enough space for both my wife & my toiletries was a nice surprise. The view from the Royal Tower included Deer Island and the moon & sun rise. The hotel is part of the Hard Rock Casino and includes a number of restaurants within the complex, but also is within walking distance to the Beau Rivage Casino and Harrahs.

Minor gripes about what I didn't like. I would have preferred to have a microwave oven in the room. While the shower was fancy with dual showerheads and a rainfall showerhead above, having a 3-way control for them would have been ideal to allow for more water pressure. You could only have all three operating at once or have the opposing regular showerheads operating. Again, minor gripes, not show stoppers. Will definitely stay here again.
