  Location was absolutely perfect- a 2-4 minute drive (or maybe 10-15 min walk)- to downtown. Room was obviously mostly remodeled and was welcoming, comfortably clean and adequate for our needs. Staff is not usually on site from what I saw, but the one time I had a question, the response was quick. The Idaho-shaped chimney is a fun photo op.

  I wish there was more surface space in the bathroom to set stuff. There is plenty wall space that some simple shelves and hooks could easily be added and would be very appreciated. While the room generally felt clean & safe to relax in, there were some webs in high corners- nothing way creepy, just needs a little attention. Freezer was frosted over and the hood that pulls down to trap the cold in and freeze was stuck, so freezer didn't really freeze. Was only a small inconvenience for us but staff may want address this.

  Lots of light in the room, comfortable bed. LOVED the Peloton bike! Good lighting in the bathroom.

  The bathmat was filthy. It looked like someone had dripped blood or urine all over it. Bathroom floor was filthy, like the bath mat. Wiped it up. Bathroom countertop was grimy, sink had hair and toothpaste in it from the previous occupants. Perhaps facility management needs to address this? YA THINK?

  It’s gated, make u feel safe. It was reasonable price. We booked an apartment for mom and her friend and a room for us, it was comfortable, clean baths were nice! They had amenities like bars and pizza place and tropical scenic to allow that part of vacation, and music, allows u not to leave and deal with Miami traffic but still close to restaurants. I will stay there again.rooms have their own bath, the apartment has 2 room with share bath, a kitchen and table so if u want to stay longer u could. Also talk to staff prior about our companion was with walker, they were VERY accommodating and pleasant staff!
