  Pls beware the property looks nothing like the pictures. It was unclean, with dust everywhere, and the shower was broken. Additionally, I was asked to send a deposit via Zelle after booking, which never made any sense which I never received back.

  The place was missing several essentials. There were no toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper, and the hand soap bottle was empty. The kitchen was also lacking basic items like coffee pods, cooking oil, and other expected supplies. Overall, it did not feel worth the money I paid, and I would not recommend it to a friend.

  It could’ve been a terrific experience had it not been under a pretty much full tilt remodel. Nothing was available except the pool. We should’ve been informed of this prior to booking. I feel that they should be upfront with this. We had no vending, no ice only one elevator. The staff was friendly and helpful. So- that being said unfortunately the staff was the best part of our stay. Francisco and Max saved the day multiple times. They are the reason we stayed the second night.

  Our first room had ants, running water that wouldn’t stop and a non working refrigerator. Had maintenance up there on three occasions. Finally was moved to another room on the second day that was much better.

  The breakfast options were pathetic. The only protein available was yogurt. They didn't have bacon or sausage and they definitely didn't have pancakes or waffles. They had a toaster and sealed packages of different types of bread along with butter. They had coffee, juice from a machine and milk. We didn't bother.

  The costumer service people were creepy and very religious. There wasn't any hot water in the bathroom sink and the water pressure in the shower was poor. The walls were too thin and we had noisy neighbors that came in to the room next to us after 9 pm. Also we packed lite so we had to use the pillows they provided and they sucked.
