The kiosk in the front of the motel was quite different for me. I had never had to use anything like that before, because usually someone is at the front desk ready to assist with checking in at any hotel or motel. The person on the kiosk was very helpful and made the process of checking in easier than I was expecting.

Upon entering the room, I noticed right away that something was off about the room. I’ve stayed in some low quality rooms before, but this room was pretty bad. I did not like the beds, because they were on a rolling frame. It wasn’t even stationary. The beds moved when you sat on them. The sheets, pillow cases, & blankets were dirty. There was dust on some things. I did not like seeing several mouse traps on the floor. I found multiple mouse droppings on the TV stand near the microwave and near the refrigerator. The shower in the bathroom had drawn arrows on the hot and cold handle. There was a huge opening in the bathroom’s ceiling where the vent is located. I did not want to stay any longer in that room. I felt so uncomfortable. I had to tell my girlfriend that we couldn’t stay and that I would be cancelling the booked night. Except we couldn’t cancelled or get our money refunded. So, we just left. I will not be returning to this motel. If this one room had mouse droppings, I’m pretty sure the rest of them do also.

It is a self service hotel. You need to carry your luggages from car to hotel and they don’t help you to get luggages to your room. Staff is not rude but I would say not helpful but Idk maybe this is normal for some people. One of the Windows in our room was so dirty we couldn’t see outside even ee Reserved river view only one Window was clean. I ordered from Amazon to hotel but my package was opened when I got it and nobody made an explanation. One of the items were also missing. Valet is $69.

Perfectly reasonable and chill stay. Bigger than some NYC apartments!

Oddly enough there was not any shower soap. Just the one bar for hands at the sink but not body wash, just a small shampoo. Had we been there longer than one night we could have likely solved by asking staff for more supplies.

The staff especially the cleaning crew was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The grounds at the pool is nice. We enjoyed getting takeout from the restaurant Harisons, delicious food. We liked the motel was pet friendly.

We had a room with two queen beds. Both mattresses were soft to us. My husband couldn’t wait to get home to our firmer bed.
