It all started when the smiling face at the front desk welcomed us to the hotel. She was very polite, and as we were standing there, they had a shuttle paper to and from The Outlaw Festival we were going to. That was an added bonus. We arrived before check-in time, and she let us check in. The room was a nice size and cozy. We will be staying again for sure next trip to Bangor. Thank you for being great hosts. P.S. the shuttle driver was amazing as well thank you.

2 things nothing bad at all.. 1) The water pressure, but that's not the Inns fault. 2) Ok im a princesse when it comes to a bed soft cozy pillow top you know what I mean a bed I can melt in, the beds were firm it was not a bad thing I slept alright. BUT My mom loved the bed, so it was a win-win, and she did not snore 😀😁

Room was clean and provided with fresh linens and washcloths/towels. Environment was quiet, so no being woken up in the middle of the night by shouting/fighting guests

Upon first arrival, was informed there was a $50 cash deposit needed. When I said there was nothing in the listing about such, the younger gal at the front desk said it was under "important information", translation, information that needed to be hunted down. Initially they wanted it in cash and explained that after the room was approved on checkout, the deposit is returned. After explaining I had no cash on hand, not anticipating needing it, they agreed to do it on the card and that it would be "refunded", taking two to three business days. At checkout, after verifying the room was clean and undamaged, the woman working the counter at this time had difficulty not only finding the paperwork on my stay, confusing a one night stay guest with someone that has paid for an entire week, she then was unable to "figure out how to refund the deposit to my card". How convenient. Overall, due to the poor customer service and business practices, my advice is to avoid this place like the plague
