  King Room was a nice surprise; very comfortable and clean-breakfast was ok---continental type with waffles- Had various muffins, yogurt cereal and bagels with cream cheese. Nice to have something available in the morning to get going.

  No ice available, but gas station was right next door... would prefer extra pillows, but not available. Neither were deal breakers, because the room was very nice--But I do think if your ice machine is broken you should have a little option for the guest, such as ice trays in freezer part or have some available at front desk in a pinch. Again, not a big deal and the room actually smelled very nice also which makes you overlook the negative.

  Room was spacious and had most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable Good view from the window Bathroom was well stocked and also spacious TV was a good size for the room

  Without vending machines or a 'convenience' style pantry downstairs, we didn't have snack options once we were in the hotel. We ended up going across the street to another hotel and picking some things up there. It would have been really helpful to have some food offerings that didn't require a meal/purchase from the restaurant.

  The employees were very polite although when needing to get in contact with management they never got in contact with them.

  The air conditioning DOES NOT work. They will knowingly sell rooms knowing that the AC is broken. The TV which is usually the basic amenity also does not work, w hen notifying they promised some sort of compensation but this never happened!
