When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

  We liked the location because we could walk to the college campus. The staff was courteous, the room was sufficient for our needs, the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

  The room carpet had a wet stain and we couldn't identify its source. And the room amenities were sparse...(no coffee or bottles of water, good soaps & shampoo). The breakfast didn't start until after 7 am which is okay, but we wanted coffee early and there wasn't any available without leaving the hotel.

  The location was very convenient to stay at if you have a very early morning flight.

  Where do I start smh the front door did not lock none of the tvs worked the WiFi didn’t work there were roaches the microwave did not work EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL! we even ended our trip early because of the constant issues in the unit none of the sockets worked nor did the WiFi it was problem after problem with this place! And don’t expect the customer service too stick too thier word of partial refund because they will not honor thier word!

  Facility condition was poor. TV did not work, needed service that took over an hour. Busted light bulb in one of the lamps. Bathtub faucet leaking and shower diverted would not stay on. Breakfast food tasted stale and was not warm. We did not finish eating the eggs and sausage. Even the cereal was stale - did not finish.
