Breakfast and staff were great. The room was too stuffy and crowded.

We were told our riom was ready to check in after we ate brunch. When we walked back to check in, we were told then at 11:45, that we had to pay to check in early. I think that was not explained by the staff, and that the room was ready anyway, why charge?

At time of check-in they were explaining the deposits and extra charges for smoking in the hotel and told that if they smelled smoke in our rooms after we left that we would be charged over 300$ for a fee- that's fine EXCEPT BOTH our rooms AND THE ENTIRE HOTEL HALLWAY smelled like stale smoke and beer. We don't smoke, but the fact that they would threaten us with fees for lingering smoke odors when their entire hotel smells like an ashtray is crazy. Not to mention when I went out to the "designated smoking area" to vape there was a man passed out in the chair for hours, and when he was gone there was a meth pipe in his chair. It seems and feels dangerous, don't bring your family to this place, the holiday in across the street is much nicer.

Perfect for a family getaway. The pool was clean and enjoyable, the room was clean, the beds were clean, even the towels smelled like fresh laundry. The other reviews are true, this was a great location. The front desk staff were so kind and friendly, it worked out perfectly for our family weekend away. There was a fridge with a small freezer!

We were surprised to get a plated meal at breakfast. The food was good both days.

We would not pick The Lucy room again. It's right across the hall from the dining room. We were awakened early when the staff started to prepare for breakfast. The room was dark with no nature light. We didn't like the step up/down to the bathroom, especially in the middle of the night.
