Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

      Spacious, clean, nice decor. House was bright and very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet but is near a commercial street with shops and restaurants and is around 10-11 drive away from the city center. Customer service is great too - always able to help with anything we needed.

      Airport shuttle services are a life saver. Take the shuttle to connect to the tram and ride to Seattle stress free. Pool is clean and refreshing. Rooms are clean. Hot water and cold A/C. Parking spots are stress free.

      Other than the hotel food options, everything has to be ubered in. If you are dropping of your car, know that location is almost inaccessible by foot. Have a vehicle or shuttle to the tram but walking distance food options are almost none existent. Also, area is not the greatest. Prostitution warning signs and smell of marijuana everywhere. (some guests rooms included). Lastly, laundry services are coin (quarters) operated Hotel doesn't offer a change machine or change.

      Location and cleanliness great. Two of the four pillows were decent. The other two flat pancakes.

      We chose the room next to the caretaker thinking it would be quiet. Boy were we wrong. The wall between us and his home was paper thin. He was is talking, cooking, and watching tv all through it then night and early morning.

      The staff , how clean it usually is . Had an ant problem and there was feces in the toilet . 😳😞But over all it was great . Love the breakfast also .
