Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

      I liked that the staff were friendly and not like the other location. The young lady at the desk told me why there were no washcloths in my room and said I needed to request them. Why didn’t the other location say that last night? Just “…washcloths are not part of the standard amenities…” No mention that I could request one so I bought my own.

      I would have cancelled this booking because I was so disappointed in the first room but I would have been charged MORE than I actually had to pay to stay. Why!? My tv never worked. I tried but failed to work it out. I’m not staying in my room all day waiting for someone to deign to call me. I waited about 30 min and left. So frustrating to have multiple issues between the two CitizenM locations here in Seattle. I surely won’t ever make this choice again.

      Loved how accomadating lucy was and how much energy she gave to the entirety of our stay. The room was super comfortable and shower pressure was amazing with great shower products!!!! You also just feel like your at home in your dream home.

      Close to main beach and the weekend fair. The place felt safe for families.

      There wasn't hot water in the shower. The TV remote didn't work well. The TV had a poor selection in terms of channels. Once I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The parking is too expensive.
