The gentleman that greeted me upon arrival was a little unique. Had on some round mirrored dark reflective, sunglasses, but perhaps he was having some sort of eye pain issue or something? I was a little intrigued by that, but he was courteous and helpful and everything went great upon check-in. Beyond that the room was perfectly clean. Towels and supplies were great air blue nice and cold. I slept wonderfully, which is not always the case in a travel hotel room. The breakfast the following morning was excellent, and the attendant was very good at his job. He made sure everything stayed full and was constantly wiping down countertops and tables. He never stopped working during my whole breakfast, which was impressive! Check out was quick and easy and I enjoyed several cups of coffee throughout my day and night, which were complementary and that was also really nice.

Overall nothing to complain about. Coming off of the roadway there really wasn’t very good signage, but that may be a city rule. I had to switch GPS in order to land in the correct parking lot.

Shower was VERY slippery with no grab bars. Having to go to desk for ice was inconvenient. No shade by the pool made it unappealing this time of year.

Room was small. Towels were very thin. No shampoo or Kleenex in the room. The freezer part of the refrigerator did not work. The cable TV didn’t come in very well- we kept losing the picture.

This is an older property in the city center. It not particularly user friendly. Parking was awkward. Needed to use multiple elevators. One from the parking structure ( not owned by the hotel) then a trek through the lobby to hotel elevators. In house restaurants were mediocre and basically vacant. Nice looking property but almost totally devoid of customers. Room was clean but linens felt damp. Would not recommend.

The location was quiet but convenient to get to. The room was clean. Some staff were really good! The pool was a good temperature for the kids to swim, and the hot tub was in a prime location to watch the kids while soaking. They also had a bathroom right outside of the pool area so kids could conveniently go to the bathroom.

Some staff were not that pleasant and took a long time to complete a task. The waffle maker was terrible and caused lots of frustration for guests. The pancake maker kept breaking or running out and guests needed to wait a long time to get desired items. Our first morning there was fruit and a few yogurt available along with lots of carb options and eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. By the second morning there was no fruit or yogurt available for the rest of our stay. (We stayed for 5 nights) Each time we used the pool we had to request for the pool towels to be replenished as there were none available.
