I checked in at 3p. There systems were experiencing issues. So that took a moment. But that's ok. I understood.

I didn't like how I needed a PIN to be able to watch TV. I didn't like how the 1 towel was stained with yellow like it was urinated on. I didn't like how the sink faucet was hanging . I didn't like that the shower curtain isn't secured. It falls. I didn't like how there's no door knob to the bathroom. I didn't like how there wasn't toilet paper..I especially didn't like how The only 2 people checking my daughter and I in had no idea about the issues I brought to their attention. When I requested to be charged to a different room the lady told me she couldn't move me because there wasn't any rooms. And tells me there was a special on that room because there were all those issues. I told her that was not advertised on booking.com. Had I known the only reason they lowered the price was because of the issues I would've just picked a room with all amenities they advertised. No offered to comp me a room. I paid for all the amenities they advertise and didn't get 1. I would like a full refund.

Staff was not at the front desk. You had to use a phone to alert staff you were at the front desk. No phone number that connected to location. Bed was hard. Pillows were old. Breakfast had a small selection, pre-made items that were not warm. Subpar all around
