Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

      Was not there for business or work. Was not there for relaxation or fun! I was there to help my sister who had been in the Baptist hospital for over 5 weeks fighting cancer!

      The price of room was very high for the amount of time I was even in the room. I only needed the room to take showers as I slept in the hospital! I booked and paid for 3 nights 4 days from Saturday through Tuesday but if cked in is at 4pm and ck out is at 11am on Saturday in reality it was only 3 nights 2 days! Which is not right to charge the amount they did!

      The road noise was pretty bad and there wasn't a way to drown it out with a fan. You would have to use a white noise program or something like that which we didn't do.

      Our car was burglarized in the parking garage. The hotel manager would not allow us to view the garage video directly facing our car. All of our possessions were taken. We were left in our swimwear, nothing else. Hotel staff didn't even offer any solace. No refrigerator, no microwave, coffee maker not working. Noisy. Bright lights blaring through the balcony. Could not enjoy the terrace or view.

      Room needs attention. Closet door was broken. A large hole in a wall. Tile falling off the bathroom wall. Mattresses need updated. The breakfast is... ehh, "okay". Not much options for a gluten free diet. I had to stick to hard-boiled eggs and orange juice. Hot tub didn't work..... again.(this is our 2nd stay at the same location and the hot tub didn't work the last time either)
