      Very close to everything in Gatlinburg. Friendly staff. Great value. Room was clean. Loved the view from the balcony. The creek lulled me to sleep each night.

      Shower took a while to get warm. Understandable due to the probable location of the hot water source and our room being at the end of the building. Beds were two different firmness levels.

      I was very furious and disappointed that they would not let me pay with a different credit card that I put down on booking.com, I will never use booking.com again, the front desk was very unhelpful, gave us the wrong rooms, it took us one hour to check into this hotel why? Pretty disappointed overall.
