The morning staff was very confrontational had no understanding the difference in a service dog and pet. I tried to explain he we not a pet he was medical equipment and he had to be with me at all time and I was told it's still a dog and ask to leave the lounge area.they were not willing to even try. This confrontation rude behavior happened in front of other customers. They glared at us the rest of our stay and complained to the other staff. By the time we left I was in a full flareup from my lupus because of this. I was headed to my sister funeral and the staff were making the environment hostile. I think what hasn't been understood is how hostile and public they handle a situation that they did not understand nor willing to understand other than it didn't matter they ran thr hotel and I was leaving or they were going to stand around glaring until I did.

It was old had wallpaper and carpet and rusty shower rack brackets and the shower head feel off had to be part of the shower wall for the water to touch me and furniture looks 200 years old it was giving you can get COVID and they didn’t communicate with each other so when my boyfriend came no one knew where his key was and they. Didn’t make him a key the purpose of me leaving the key was so I wouldn’t be woken up but I was disturbed. No one knew where his key was .

Eggs were salty drink was watered-down there was no butter but offered bread to toast ?, waffle batter was dried all over the wall and carpet there was no syrup or butter ?? staff is rude the rooms are numbered really stupidity. Odd in one building and even in the other. no one tells you that ! You have to figure it out by yourself at 1 in the morning with creepy people walking around..every outdoor trash can was overflowing ..pool is green..

To say they have an "included breakfast" was a bit of a stretch. No fruit. No juice. No pastries. Just a plate of untoasted white bread and another plate of packaged granola bars and burnt (assumably old) coffee and a cereal contraption with whole milk.

Our room was designated to the more scenic side without any request before we checked in. Manager the next morning was also gracious and welcoming. Wood on facility was well preserved and fit the surroundings very well.
