Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

      I picked the hotel for location and price. I had never stayed at an Arrive property before. I was more than pleasantly surprised with absolutely everything. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The location was perfect for us. The room was beautifully decorated, nothing like I have seen in other hotels we have stayed at. In any future traveling I will look for an Arrive property before any other hotel. I hope there are plans to expand into other areas. Whatever you are doing, keep up that fantastic work!!

      Stay was excellent. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and very spacious. You don’t typically get this type in hotels, but this hotel was great for me and my family.

      Cockroaches and crack pipe burns literally everywhere. On the AC, on the sink counter, on the toilet, on the bath tub, the knobs were missing from the AC, so you couldn't adjust the temperature, and the slip mat in the bathtub was black when it was supposed to be clear. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall.
