Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

      I like the helpful receptionist at check-in. The room was adequate and clean. The shower floor could use a good whitening. I think the breakfast space could be cleaner between guests. It was a busy weekend but tables were not being wiped down between guests as they came and went. king bed was great! Pillows could use a refresh. Expensive due to the Pats game being on so I do not think it was fair price for value. Price was high due to game day. I think ponchos should be readily available for guests at any time during their stay given the proximity to Patriots Place and the tendency for rainy weather. We did not go into the indoor pool as the water looked greyish.

      No train or shuttle service options to hotel. You must taxi or Uber so plan for that additional expense.

      After reading reviews, I was worried, but I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the rooms were. The bed was average, but you MUST get the good hotel pillows. The pillow I had was awful, but my husband's was pretty good. Overall, pleasant stay.

      Paul's Valley is a great value option for visitors to Norman/OkC area. This Best Western is clean and comfortable. Slightly off interstate 35, the cost is usually slightly less than its competitors right on the service road.

      On arrival day, the staff member at the desk was far less than helpful or friendly. Also the air conditioning in our room had not been prepped for our arrival, so there was a musty smell to the room. This was minor and resolved within 30 minutes,
