      Staff was extremely helpful. I booked on Booking.com and it took over 30 minutes to hit your system. I was actually on the phone with them when the email confirmation came through. I had booked it within minutes of arriving at the hotel as we weren't sure where we were going to stay. They stuck with us and were super helpful.

      Not realizing breakfast wasn't free. Just need to reiterate that breakfast is available but not continental breakfast.

      The location was nice and the room was very clean. They allowed us to have our dog which was really nice. Parking was convenient.

      The bed was really hard and the room was cold. I tried to adjust the temperature but had to ask management for help. When the heat did come on the register was really loud. When I took a shower my fingers got caught in the sliding door. We were also unable to close the curtains. The pool was under renovation and isn’t mentioned on booking.com. The evening staff seemed frustrated by me because I am partially deaf and couldn’t understand what she was saying. However she was very helpful with adjusting the heat and giving us an extra blanket. Our entry cards stopped working when we went out for the day. The day staff was very helpful and friendly. They directed us to Weirs Beach which was excellent and dog friendly so that was nice.

      Good room rates, fun gambling, decent restaurants, a comfortable bed, and shower pressure was good, nice-sized TV in the room

      There wasn't a refrigerator, or ice bucket, and grout was missing in the bathroom which left some sharp edges, and the room wasn't vacuumed very well.

      Room was quiet and the bed was good to very good. The room was clean. Inexpensive by local standards.

      The shower was one of the weakest water flow heads I've encountered. It means you have to wait to get all the soap washed off. Otherwise It's what I expected for the lower cost. It's better if you bring your own soap....you'll understand why when you use it.
