The breakfast offering was truly one of the worst I have ever seen. White bagels, white bread, waffle, only two types of cold cereal, nothing hot. Could not have been worse. Location was OK.

I booked a strip view and when I arrived my room was not available. I was moved to a strip view room the next day. The excuse was due to the Labor Day weekend they couldn’t hold my room due to excessive business and overflow of customers.

Our recent hotel stay was marred by several significant issues that detracted from the overall experience. Firstly, the entrance to the hotel left much to be desired, with a torn, outdated, and dirty carpet and an unpleasant odor that greeted us. Additionally, there was a detectable smell of cannabis in the vicinity, which prompted several guests to voice concerns to the front desk. To add to the discomfort, a group of road workers was observed grilling and drinking near their vehicles outside, creating an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. We encountered a lack of basic furniture inside our room, notably the absence of a sitting chair. I explained my husband was disabled and we needed the chair. Despite multiple requests for a chair, we could not receive one, which forced us to sit on the bed. The height of the bed presented a challenge as well, making it difficult to get on and off without assistance. Initially, I requested a room on the first floor if possible. We were switched from a suite to a standard room on the first floor, and we were informed that the suite we booked online was unavailable due to full occupancy, as a large sports team had reserved a block of rooms in advance. While a manager promised to locate a chair for us, it never arrived. we made the request often to other staff members. We also dealt with an ant infestation linked to the air conditioning unit. Although we reported this issue, it was not resolved during our stay, necessitating that we manage the situation ourselves. When we extended our stay, we had assumed that the additional charges for our pet were included in the payment made at the front desk, as we had originally booked through an app that specified pet accommodations. However, this turned out not to be the case. During one outing for a meal across the street, we left our dog in her crate, confident she would be fine.

I could NOT check in at the 3pm scheduled & advertised check in time. While waiting in my car to check in, the desk person walked right by me at 3:30pm. without telling me that my room was ready for check in. Cheap Motel setting, NOT worth $200 a night.
