The condo was very cute. We usually like a view of the ocean but this was a view of the parking lot. The property had a lot of amenities like an indoor pool and hot tub that came in very handy as it rained for our first 2 days. The property was very clean and I also loved the covered parking spaces. The property is close to tons of shopping centers so buying groceries was seamless. The was a beach bar down the boardwalk that we didn't go to, but nice option. Great outdoor pool with a restaurant/bar on site. Thanks for the snacks! There was coffee and everything you need to cook. I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony every morning.

The distance to the beach was more than what we are used to. Thank God for the golf cart service provided. The long walk across the boardwalk in the heat is rough, but absolutely doable. The golf cart service had weird hours, can't remember but it stopped running at an odd time of afternoon and resumed later in the evening. There were A LOT of rules, I mean an entire binder of rules of what you couldn't do. If was kind of comical.

The view from the room was great, and the short walk to the beach was even better. The hotel itself is a little outdated, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided at the hotel was convenient for mornings when you didn't want to go out to get something.

I thought the cost was a bit pricey for how outdated the hotel was. Out of the two elevators, only one was working for our entire week's stay, which, half of the time, wasn't bad, but during the busy times of the day and on the weekend, it was very inconvenient. Although we didn't come for the pool, it was small, and the tile on the edges was coming off, needing some TLC.

It was nice to have a house to ourselves, and the house was very clean. It's close to restaurants and is a short walk to a grocery store.

The Wifi was not connected to the internet for our entire stay and there was no service in the house. The couches were incredibly uncomfortable and felt like cardboard furniture.

I think a reduction in price would have been justified since the rooftop was under construction, as well as no room cleaning service for the duration. At least leave extra towels (more than 2 and 1 washcloth) and maybe an in-room swiffer to mop the floor on occasion, since no one cleaned.
