Clean and large rooms, with plenty of facilities, heated pool, small gym, well cooled. A fridge in the room, that was a little noisy, and tended to wake you at night when the compressor came on,a microwave, a Keurig and a sink. A good buffet breakfast with fresh Waffles and a lot of choice. Some friendly front desk staff, some , not so much Lots of free lemon water and nice touches in the lobby, with print outs of where to go and where to eat

Thin ceilings, we could hear the resident in the room above stomp around almost daily and nightly Some staff were unsmiling and unfriendly, some were really nice . Not proactive, cleaning and linen change was listed only every 3 days and more if asked We didn’t get a change after 4 days and the unsmiling front desk lady informed me that we had to ask, and I HAD, but they hadn’t noted it, We seemed to be more prone to allergies in the room, than our, might be incidental… Expensive , as much as $300, quite high for its location

I felt like it was in a convenient and safe location. Especially with me arriving late at night. The staff was friendly. The rooms were okay. You can tell it is dated but overall it was fine. Beds were clean. No bed bugs trust me I looked thoroughly. I would stay there again for a quick trip. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. The price is very reasonable especially for a holiday weekend.

It could have used a good cleaning as far as dusty and that kind of thing. Definitely bring your own shampoo and conditioner. I forgot and well that made for a rough hair day 😁. But overall it was nice for the money and convenient location. Definitely plan on going somewhere else for breakfast. That one was free for a reason. But you are very close to several options.

I specifically asked the host if there was any cochroaches prior to my arrival. I was told they have never seen one there in over 8 years. Literally not even 1 minute into the gated off door we opened the silverware drawer and several roaches scampered across the silverware. I screamed called the host who berated me and called me a liar. I sent her a video and she then Saud this is the norm in Hawaii and continued to be rude to me about complaining. I immediately left called Booking.com who offered great customer service. I was told I'm getting g my much deserved refund but still have not received it .
