Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

      The Riverside was amazing. We went on a cruise and needed to check in early, and they were so nice and accommodating. It was also raining, and you can check out an umbrella!! Wonderful place, great people, and great location!! Will definitely be back!!

      Proximity to the falls, safe & secure place with breakfast included. On duty manager has an excellent trouble shooting manner clarifying any questions we posed. She is knowledgeable and works with the customers. Thank you.

      A few counter staff members seemed rather abrupt in their manner although it might have been unintentional. Kettles in each room required to cater to tea drinkers. Not everyone has coffee.

      The workers were so polite and helpful. They did everything and anything to make your stay comfortable.And the breakfast was awesome, too.The workers there were really nice and polite.Also.

      Well, I didn't like that. I don't think this lady was staying there. She was a Vietnamese or Chinese lady which I don't care who it was. But she took 6 bananas and then went back and took the last of the bananas. I did not even get one. And she walked out the door then she did it again. And I think she knows that I was on her watching her. She acted like she went to the elevators. To ride them up and walked out the side. Door and around the building. You need to lock both doors and they need to have a passkey. In order to get in, it's not fair to your customers that are staying there. Put limits would be another suggestion. It was just crazy.
