I regret not taking more photos of the property. Absolutely beautiful and so full of history! Quiet place but close enough you can walk downtown the French quarter. The property was absolutely stunning and the best part was the staff!! Michael was awesome! Emily is the reason we come back! I can not put into words how she went above and beyond! So helpful and have great recommendations! there is a 24/7 bar and grill right next door with great food and drinks!

The location is amazing, interior is beautiful and not too big and crowded like other hotels might feel like. A great mid-range option if location is important for you! Waking up to the view of the Bellagio fountains is definitely a good experience.

Continental breakfast was so so. Sausage patties were fair. Eggs were weak/flavorless/watery. There was no fruit. Our bathroom shower head had no pressure, it was hard to rinse.

Absolutely horrible wifi - could not get on the internet, could not stream anything, incredibly frustrating. When we contacted the manager about it, they said they knew it needed improvement. That didn't help us. The bathroom steamed up terribly after a shower. There is no exhaust fan. When we asked about this, we were told there is an exhaust fan that runs all the time, you just can't hear it. There clearly is no exhaust fan or the bathroom would not turn into a storm cloud after every shower. For what we paid to stay here, it was quite disappointing. For our last 2 days in the area, we moved to a hotel around the corner. Great tv, great wifi, exhaust fan.... everything we thought we would have had at Acadia Village.

Breakfast was pretty poor. Packaged waffles, and danishes...cereal. Simple and not the most health conscious. Being close to park and a couple walking distance restaurants was nice. They let you use a bicycle at facility for free. Daily front desk cookies are nice. :) Make sure you ask for a sea side room. That actually makes it worth it!

Place is very outdated. Clean, but outdated. You have to ask to have your room cleaned. The marina around the hotel has been abandoned. Don't expect to see any boats. Paying $20 a day for parking isn't necessary. They have a large parking lot.
