Fantastic location and value! Right across from the light rail! The check in process was easy and fast. Pool was super clean and the jacuzzi was really relaxing. Room was also spotless and spacious with a nice view of the light rail train outside. TV had lots of channels including every HBO variation. Bed was super comfy and AC worked really well. They even allow your window to open for fresh air, I feel like most hotels don't allow that. I think the best part is the distance to the light rail and bus station. You have access to all of Seattle without paying the price to stay in Seattle. On top of that you have access to Lynnwood and nearby cities like Everett and Edmonds. Alderwood Mall is also very close by.

You have to go through the exit stairs to access the pool, gym, and laundry. It's a bit odd too because to get to the laundry room you have to go through the pool, and to get to the pool you have to get though the gym. I think the building was remodeled and these were added on, but it was still a little strange set up. None of the chair in the lobby seem to be facing the TV. Not a big deal but not very welcoming. Room walls and doors are a little thin. After I checked out I was waiting in the lobby for awhile because I figured it would be better to wait there than at a crowded airport for my later flight. One of the staff politely asked me if I could leave soon. I didn't argue about it because it was already close to when I was planning on heading out anyway, but I thought that was a bit rude to even mention it. I don't think she meant to come off as rude and probably was just going by hotel policy. I could understand if I wasn't a paying guest and just came to use their lobby. Technically I was no longer a guest as I checked out, but it was just a stark contrast to how I was treated compared to when I was checked in.

The shower took forever to heat up and I thought it was completely out. It turns out that it takes about 5 minutes to heat up. The toiletry holder in the shower is not ideal, as your small airplane sized shampoos, etc, fall right through the metal shelf gaps. There is a coffee maker, no sugar. There are plates, no sink except for the bathroom. There is a "dresser" that is literally cardboard wrapped in canvas and the drawers have no stop, so they fall out when you extend them beyond the frame. Definitely not a great place, but it was cheap for the location.
