I loved the view—we had a room with a sea view. The garden is amazing as well. The beach is nice, though it has waves. The location is convenient, with a good grocery store nearby and food trucks close by. The ukulele lessons were fantastic! Pickleball and tennis courts are good.

They promise to pick up the trash on the third day of your stay if you stay for more than a week. However, nobody ever picked up our trash. Additionally, there is no free room cleaning—it costs $50. We were told that if we needed anything (clean towels, soap, laundry detergent, etc.), we just had to ask or call the front desk. We ran out of hair conditioner and hand soap on the second day (they were nearly empty when we checked in). I called and asked reception multiple times over three days, and each time they promised someone would bring it soon. Finally, on day five, after speaking with the cleaning manager, we received the conditioner and soap. I also asked them to check the other bottles of shampoo and shower gel in case they were not full and replace them. They promised to do so, but the next day, we ran out of shampoo. The same pattern repeated: I called and asked multiple times, received promises that someone would bring it soon, and nothing happened. For the last four days of our stay, there was no shampoo in our room. The same occurred with coffee—I asked for it, was told it would be brought, but no one delivered. Eventually, I learned I could get it at reception, but they only allowed me to take one pack. Staff is manually watering the grass and lighting the fire in the evening. My question is: why are you trying to save on clients when every apartment owner pays a $2,000 HOA fee per month, and we paid over $200 per day? Isn’t that enough to cover basic amenities like shampoo or coffee during a stay? Feels like management is so inefficient here

Not very walkable. When I booked it the description said it was water front but it’s not really. There’s a storage space between the hotel and the lake. So that was a bummer. No Pool
