Breakfast was fine. Had similiar at Quality Inn in Havre, MT on the same trip. Shower was great, Air cond was quieter than most.

When we arrived we noticed the pool was green so obviously not in working order. As we checked-in the lobby ac was not working and the front desk associate informed the elevators were not working and they didn't have any first floor rooms. When we got to the room the tv changes channels by itself and the shower head was hanging. Refrigerator had a smell and was not cleaned properly. Couch in private bedroom was stained. Definitely not the experience I received staying her just months prior. The front desk staff didn't answer the phone to assist so we made due. Checked out the next morning because this was not at all a vacation. For the other reservation- queen room- the refrigerator smelled like something died in it and my brother was unable to use it. Called front desk no answer, went down to tell them nothing was done. We also checked out of that room next morning.

Upon checking the lady told us when and where we could swim... we found out later that the pool was closed down. The lobby needs coffee for guests that don't care for Starbucks

A hot tub was not working It had a bad odor not very clean no bar area just the worst.

It was a beautiful property with spacious rooms and comfortable beds! So many fun things to do right on site... pool, ping pong, basketball, hot tub, games, arcade, grilling, picnic area, nightly campfire etc. Truly, a hidden gem in the Dells!

The café had an excellent breakfast, the ambiance is light, and once your door is closed you can't hear a thing from downstairs. Hotel staff refreshed our beds, towels and toiletries while we were out for the day, a nice touch!

Hallway noise can be loud, from other guests, or if the hotel is setting up for an event (the venue is upstairs). Bright green and blue lights at night from the mini fridge and fire alarm was an issue for us (we prefer pitch black room at night). There is no assigned parking for the hotel, so be mindful if you are staying during the busy season (we stayed over labor day weekend, but we still managed to get a parking spot for the night!)
