rooms were clean. We enjoyed the view from our room and the location was perfect to go to cruise docks and nearby places. The pool was clean and the water temp was perfect for the evening swim.

Adding tooth brush and tooth paste would have been better. The receptionist who gave us our key cards was not super welcoming. She was not rude but did not put in efforts to make our checkin look friendly. But the other staff were very good.

This unit had several things that needed to be resolved. The bedroom ceiling light would not come on, the kitchen light over the table could not be turned off, the TV control didn't control the TV properly, the ice trays were cracked and only made a few ice cubes at a time, one air conditioner was not cooling properly, the curtain rod over the sliding glass door was about to fall down, and the whole unit needed a deep cleaning, had a couple light switches that we never figured out what they controlled. All the small stuff adds up. Needs some TLC.

The breakfast could have been better, my first room the balcony door didn't lock, 2 lamps didn't work and then the door to the room wouldn't lock we had to be moved for safety issues

The place is always so clean. I keep coming back here because the property is maintained to an exceptional standard and the prices are very reasonable and competitive. I love staying here anytime I’m in town and it is the very first search I make whenever I know I will be returning to the area.

The only bad experience I had was the most recent stay at around 9:00 AM a custodial worker woke me up at the interior door of my suite to ask me what time I was checking out. When I told her 10:00 it seemed like I was bothering her by staying until 10:00 which was my checkout time.
