An excellent place for families with children - everything is set up for them to enjoy it. It’s not fancy, but very well located close to the entry to the Park. The staff were friendly and hard working. Having the pool, hot tub, and lots of games, movies and even bikes available for kids was terrific. There was even a popcorn machine!!! At night we roasted marshmallows in the fire pits, set up with the chopped wood all ready to go, for guests to enjoy. And there was even live guitar music by Cowboy Roger! Definitely a unique feature.

The breakfast was very basic - no cooked food; and with amazing views all around, the property windows looked out onto the parking lot. The facilities are quite dated, though well maintained.

My socks were filthy walking on the carpet in the room. People outside entrance smoking pot among other things. Internet did not work. Telephone in room was not connected because it didn’t have a cord to connect it. TV selections were sports and religious stations. Rotten fruit at breakfast area.

Rooms weren’t clean. Staff was unpleasant. Asked for a refund because rooms were disgusting and smelled of mold. Was told to go though booking.com first to request refund. We did. Booking sent super 8 Texas City and Mr Patel a refund request. They haven’t responded to my calls or texts in 4 days since. They are ducking having to pay me my refund when I didn’t even stay there due to their property being so bad. That’s stealing!
