Absolutely nothing, the hotel was dirty the room was unexceptable. We were there for five days our room was never cleaned, and the advertisement about the room was false advertising the room was nothing like the advertisement, the balcony door was broke and off the track with no lock on it, there was dog feces in the hallway by our door. Our stay was miserable and it was too late for us to find other lodging. I feel like I was scammed for the amount of money I payed for the room, and I booked the room off of booking.com. I feel like I need to be compensated in some way for my inconvenience, or I'm going to have to go another way about getting the courts involved.

My stay in the annex at Hermann Crown Suites was.very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was very easy. The outdoor patio with bar, grille, and live music were all great. I enjoyed my welcome drink, and the hot breakfasts were very tasty. It was easy to get all around town to eat, tour wineries and distilleries, and eve two quilting shops!

Definitely for sure it was a perfect place to stay if you want to do stuff downtown the location is pretty much my personal opinion was the best part of staying there everything else I could have done without... And a place to rest my head

Like I said this thing about the place for me was the location of where it was at.... So many cons... First one for sure was if you're making it a month 2 month rental when I booked it already for being day by day and you knew that it was supposed to be month to month you should just go ahead and cancel my stay so I could have gone somewhere else and planned ahead. They had ample time that they could have gone ahead and cancel it when they found out they were going to do month to month but they didn't.. so they knew what they were doing because once you book there's no refunds once you book with that particular place and again they knew it was month to Month after the fact bad business..Also i just kept getting paranoid of people coming to kick us out because they had a big sign saying license revoked permit for renting I guess on a day-to-day basis.. Sam wanted me to lie about it if anybody did say something about me being a month to month tenant which I'm not going to do... Thank goodness nobody showed up but still it's just the fact I felt lied to right from the beginning especially driving 14 hours from Texas to Tennessee to find out my place that I'm staying in has issues about permit I should have been known about it for coming out there but was not until I saw again sign on the glass door which they thought they were going to hide.. Also another issue if you want to order food in that area you have to order it before dark because certain delivery services won't go out there.. but personally I didn't see anything out of the norm of them to make it not want to come out there.. so the pro of staying there I didn't have any issue with neighbors or anything or loud noises so that was good..

The king sized bed I slept it was extremely comfortable, soft and cozy! The only complaint about it was the amount of sheets with the blankets. Only need two sheets a flat and fitted this bed had 4 sheets total one fitted the rest flat. The hot tub was amazing, I used it after my overnight shift at work. I went to my room after and slept better than I have in a long time!
