Ventilation is lacking/the fan in the bathroom does not work - seems like it's been that way for a while as there is mold on the windowsill between the inner and outer windows, condensation develops on the table top near the AC (unless the curtain is pulled open, but then the people across the street can see right in), and everything just felt wet (even the carpet!) Bathing suits didn't fully dry and neither did towels. It was not humid outside when we visited. An entire outlet didn't work which made it difficult to use two phones at the same time overnight due to needing medical devices plugged in on the side tables at night. An outlet port near the bed is taken by the AC, further restricting use.

The property was close to Prospect Park which was really nice, and also a couple of train stations. The bathroom was nice & clean.

Unfortunately, while the property is in generally a nice neighborhood/area, the specific corner that this property is on has a small homeless encampment in the front that played loud music & there were a couple extremely loud verbal altercations late at night. I do not recommend staying here.

Had pubic hair covered everywhere.sheets were nasty with puke n mold on them when I showed the desk person he insisted they only wash top n never the bottom sheets..the place is full of mold n the desk help is very rude.charged me 50$ cash to move to and I quote.. "U want a clean room its 50$ deposit "I paid on booking n had to give cash at desk to get new room which was dirty so I went to store n spend hour cleaning n washing sheets..refused refund n I had no where to go with young kids .I will never ever ever stay at a days inn again

Each night I arrived back to my room after being out all day/late, my room key never worked. I had to go to the front desk for a new key each day. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Also, initially they asked if I wanted a room on the 1st or 2nd floor. I chose 2nd floor. However, upon looking for an elevator did I learn there was no elevator, so I changed my room to the 1st floor. I think they inform guests of no elevator.
