My friend and I opted to take the room facing the ocean and we’re so glad that we did. We couldn’t walk down to the beach because of our disabilities but several other people did. It was super relaxing and well worth the money.

The only thing we felt was really needed would be perhaps a mat to wipe your feet off before entering the motel room because that sand tracks everywhere.

I liked that it had a stocked kitchen and the location was nice. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and the hot but was nice on these old bones. We did turn down the temperature.

It was full of ants. There were ants in our luggage, ants in the bathroom, ants in our beds on the 1st floor and 2nd floor. I called the property manager and was told they would spray. If they did, the ants tripled in quantity. I called her back and she told me to do our laundry, this is not what we were wanting to do on our last day there. She did; however, extended our checkout time by a few hours so we could get our laundry done. I asked for a bit of a refund as we had to go out and purchase laundry detergent and wast our time doing laundry, unnecessarily. I did not receive a refund.

Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. On the whole, I would probably stay again.

Breakfast was not great. I got sausage links that had just been taken out of the fridge. The showers were not great. You could have everything from perfect to scalding to freezing within a minute.

Our tv never worked and when I mentioned it to the from desk She treated me like I was dumb both times even after I tried all of the things that she offered. And the handle on the stairs going into the pool was broken, which is a big safety concern like kids were able to pick up the entire railing and toss it in the pool.

The room was dirty and stinky, I saw multiple houseflies in the room and bathroom, stain on the couch and hair all over the place. I was moved to a different room where I saw a centipede crawling out of the room under the door l. Couldn’t stay had to check out same night.
