Rosie, the host, was very sweet and welcoming. The home was very clean and organized, east to get to. Perfect for my single nights stay.

The weather was hot when I stayed, over 100° outside. The room was comfortable when I arrived, the AC was on, but in the middle of the night, I woke up sweating and the AC was off, being a room in a home, I had no control over the thermostat. That would be the one thing that I was disappointed with, was how hot the room got in the middle of the night.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful; however, we reserved a room with a bathtub, but they couldn't find that in the reservation... consequently costing us an extra $250/day to accommodate our request ($500 total)... frustrating and felt like intentional price gouging. Spa was nice, but there was no option to add a customized gratuity--- 20% was automatically added, while I would have given much more. Their loss, I guess.

This was by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The carpet in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, nor even vacuumed in the last week. Chair badly stained. Bathroom floor wet (leaky toilet or sink?)

From the moment we arrived we noticed that the floors were dirty , there were hair and crumbs and my kids noticed it under their feet, the bedsheets were stained with crumbs which we have pictures and we sent it to the the office, the next day the manager came with the housekeeper and she stated that she checked the room after it was cleaned which she completely invalided my experience and my feelings of what I just told her, she must have not done a good job inspecting. On one of the days i saw the housekeeper clean the floor with a sweep covered with a towel, there is no vacuum, how does she expect to thoroughly clean with a sweep that is covered with a towel. The remainder of our stay she never came back to clean except for that one time to fix the mistake, to get clean towels again was a hardship for a family of 5 who went to the beach. Bring your own towels even to wash yourself, there is no laundry facility on site so if they are not going to give you fresh towels for the amount of money that you pay then at least provide laundry facility. There is 1 TV in the living room that glitched out constantly, no TV's in any of the other bedrooms. Not worth the price, they obviously don't know how to clean the first time , only the second time around they got it right and they have a manager who could do better when someone has pictures and is obviously telling you it was not cleaned properly!!!! Her response to me should have been an apology and make it right not go back and forth with me so we can play she said , I said :( , do you think the first thing I wanted to do when I got there was to have a confrontation? obviously something was wrong if I went out of my way and wasted my time on it. My daughter found dried mac and cheese on the floor of her bed when we first arrived. Not clean, not worth the price!!
