I woke up to dozens of either tiny fleas or bed bugs around a wet wash rag, a couple in the bed and one on side table. I stepped on them through cloth as best I could but with flat shoes most got away. Most disappointing was management just deny, saying even towel was piece of dust - dust does not crawl. The insinuation was I was lying and I was astonished- did not want anything; but have been in restaurant side of hospitality my entire life, was President of Indianapolis Restaurant Association for years. Went from merely being helpful to completely angry

Location was great. Closet hotel to Holiday World, although it would be a little far to walk there. Place was a little dated but it was clean. It was a throwback to the 1990's. Dark carpet, dark wood trim. But again room was clean. Nice to have the sink seperate from toilet area. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was nice. You can also see the Holiday World fireworks/ light show from some of the rooms.

One thing that was missing was a mini fridge. We travel a lot and fridges in the room almost seem standard at this point. I think you could have paid more for a "special" room that had one. Shower/ Toilet area is really small. Cost was expensive. I would have either liked a better room for the price we paid or a cheaper price with the hotel as it is. I dont mind paying a lot for a room but it really has to offer some solid amenities. I also dont mind staying in a cheap motel but you get what you pay for. It really is about value and I'm not sure this hotel delivered that.

Love the appliances in the room, location is great I attended PAX West at the Convention Center. Pillows where nice and comfortable. Wifi was great.

TV was broken, it had some broken pixels having the image all blue, asked to get it fixed and was told the only way was to change rooms in the middle of my stay, not a deal breaker but unconvenient. Another thing is the shower drain got clogged and when they went over to fix it the guy left the shower floor all dirty.
