Best thing is the location. It has elevators and it’s just few blocks from the subway. I like it had individual rooms not shared, and closet.

It’s not well cared for. Dirty and in disrepair. The elevators are shared with the YMCA members and are constantly packed. One was down a day. The shared bathroom in the hallway it’s just one for all the many rooms per floor. It’s in disrepair, the door lock box is coming apart, the smell of sewage was pungent and it’s only three toilet stalls for every one on that floor, and three showers not very clean, and one was out of order. I think there is at least 50 rooms per floor, but didn’t count. The room itself was tiny but was okay. The furniture though is in bad shape. The twin mattress was very uncomfortable, the blanket was tiny and old, and the pillow is completely flat, I asked the front desk for two more to see if I could make one decent pillow, and after a while although they gave it to me, they told me No at the beginning, it was a huge deal to hand me a miserable knotted pillow. Made me wait forever until handed it to me. I asked if there were additional bathroom as mine was constantly full and dirty. The front desk Did not know Anything. Not able to answer one question. The window AC was very dirty but it blew cold air. Enough for the tiny room to get chilled. Not a clean place or in perfect shape but if you need a place to stay and are willing to deal with the discomfort and don’t mind them entering while you’re not there without warning, it’s ok for the money, So you don’t share your room with strangers.

The hotel was old and with cockroaches all over the place and the mattresses were so bad they have the springs sticking out... It was the first bad experience in a hotel I had stayed in don't recommend this hotel to any body I hope the read the comments first...

The general area around the hotel and its parking lot are dark. Our room was next to a sidewalk but we couldn’t close the blinds 100% for privacy. Furniture was old and oddly sticky. AC unit very noisy and smelled of mold. Odd, inconvenient room layout—sink is right outside the bathroom next to the main door, so if one person leaves while the other is washing up, they are exposed to view from the hall. That person is also blocking access to the bathroom.

There was no breakfast on location, only room service which we would need to pay extra for.

The sheet covering the mattress was just laid on top of the mattress, not tucked in. Didn't feel very nice or sanitary. The AC in the room did nothing. We were so warm all night no matter how much we turned it up. The fans are not blowing into the room but at the walls except for one vent.
