The home was very comfortable to me and my family. My granddaughters enjoyed playing outside with my support doggie. It was safe and was not in any danger of traffic. The great thing is that the home came with all necessary equipment for cooking and eating.

When we arrived the place was still being cleaned and the cleaning lady told me that the toilet wasn’t working properly and that the manager was notified and a plumber would be coming in to fix it. That never happened. But my son in law was able to get it to work manually we had to be pushing the valve inside the toilet tank to flush it.

Excellent selection of snacks in the lobby. I'm very, very picky. I usually can't find anything healthy that I'd be willing to eat. They had plenty of choices!!!

I didn't like hearing kids screaming at the pool until 8:30 at night but the pool doesn't close until 9pm so there was nothing you could do. It did quiet down after the pool closed.

They had a shuttle from the DFW airport to the hotel and back. It was a stop over for people whose flights are cancelled.

The walls are thin. Not really the hotel fault but next door a boy was screaming and crying but finally stopped before I went to sleep.

The mattresses on the beds were horrible. Well used and broken down. The lighting was terrible, with very little light. Outlets were scarce or hard to reach. The odor of curry was powerful at the main desk. I never found the ice machine.

I'm currently taking the legal route against this hotel so Ill keep it short. My room was changed 3 times in less than 24 hours. The rooms were not clean. I was put in a room that had no air conditioning during a 90° weekend with a 2 year. When I checked in there was a whole party spilling out into the sidewalk from the hotel. A live band playing til past midnight in the hotel. The lobby was disgusting ... nasty, filthy couch for guest to sit while waiting to check in. The room floors have big rust spots, there were dead bugs and someone came in my room and never closed my door while I was out. I will save the videos and pictures for court. If you are looking for a clean place to rest THIS IS NOT IT
