The hotel was very dog friendly! And the location of the hotel was excellent for exploring the nearby neighborhoods which were all in walking distance. There were also great coffee and dining options nearby which we really appreciated.

When it comes to billing of booking plus additional expenses, it can be very confusing, charges reflected on my credit card are not the same amount compared on the Guest Folio. I still have to do accounting to tally and arrive at the correct amount. The hotel charged my credit card a higher amount for the 3 days stay compared to the amount published on the website and until now I haven't been refunded as they promised.

Run down and dated. Needs updating and repairs and to be fair it looks like it was in the Process of getting both. Breakfast could be improved, better yogurt selection, fresh fruit and providing sugar substitutions would be nice. Exercise room needed cleaning. Broken down trucks with flat tires in the parking lot.

No one was there when we cheeked in. Also, the room looked like a tornado hit it. Also, the bikers outside keep their bikes on all night. It was like the motel in breaking bad.

The room smelled. Carpet needed cleaning. Toilet was almost on the floor. Shower was also a bath. The tub didn’t drain. So I had to soap up then shut off water so it would drain. Took 5 minutes each time. What should have been a 10 minute shower ended up being over a half hour due to the water not draining properly!!!😢

Pool wasn’t heated as advertised. Hot tub had mega foam. King size bed in queen size room. Property was quiet, a/c was extremely loud. Parking was iffy at best.
